"Front desk guy is very helpful, we checked in found out there is no cold water , the toilet is not flushing , they gave us a small plastic bucket to flush the toilet , we stayed for 1 night from our 4 nights booked, they promised that they will fix the problem but it’s Friday so it’s hard to get someone, we end up leaving the next day evening as they have not fix the problem. The guy was pleasantly said you can find another place and will sure you will get the refund, the room is awe full the...

"Great"

"The hotel was really nice and had a cafe next to it which was perfect when leaving early to explore. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower cubical was quite small - no bath. The room had a fridge but would benefit from tea and coffee facilities. The location was ideal, near the church and although about 20 minute walk to the station, it was in a quiet part of Padua and close to the main square for restaurants."

"Everything was perfect"

"The location of the hotel is the best it is just across the bridge from the trine station. The staff are the friendliest hotel staff I have ever seen. They welcomed us and answered all of our questions, they asked us if we were comfortable and if we want anything. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel is within walking distance of Firenze Santa Maria Novella (SMN) Station, making it very convenient to get around. We had booked a canal-view room, and when we checked in, the front desk staff told us, “You have a wonderful room!” They were absolutely right! The room had two windows offering a beautiful view of the canal, and I was truly impressed by the stunning scenery. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. The location is excellent, and I...

"Son unos delincuentes. Simplemente nos estafaron, igual que al resto de los clientes. Haremos todas las denuncias pertinentes."

"Good air conditioning, big room, nice staff, nice outside sitting area. Bathroom was well appointed and clean. Room needed renovation, wardrobe had no doors, in room safe tiny, but didn't work anyway. No curtains, and no explanation of the shutters outside the windows. Double bed was two Ikea single beds pushed together with a sheet on top. Great location right next to Zattere and Accademia vaporetto stops, with good services to both the train station and the airport."

"Friendly staff but the hotel was a bit worn out"

"The entire staff! The floor staff always make sure that your is clean."

"The Hotel is very well situated and it felt that we were close to everything. The Hotel itself is very clean and very quiet. A great experience. We definitely would return."

"Amazing staff. Great location beside the bus and train station. Room was amazingly clean"
