"Handy location for what we needed. There is a Denny's attached which was great and some basic amenities across the road. The staff were lovely and we were upgraded to a suite. We had issues with the airconditioning in that it just wouldn't work, but we were able to regulate the temperature well enough with using the window. I don't know if that would work for someone in mid winter or summer though."

"Well, for my family of 6, we find it very clean, comfortable and quiet. We got there vary late in the night, over 2 hrs over the shuttle stopping time but we called front and they were able to send a cab for us,That makes our day. Check in was easy breeze."

"Sachin at the front desk was exceptional. I had booked the previous month and paid extra for a balcony and asked that I receive a pet friendly room,,when I arrived the only pet room did not have balconies. Sachin quickly rectified the situation while making me feel valued and resoected. Our room was a small suite, seemed much smaller than previous stays (we were in Room 134) but it was clean albeit a little dark with low lighting. The room was a little loud with acrobatic kids above and noisy...

"We’ve stayed before and enjoyed it so decided to stay again. One amenity we always look at is whether a facility has a pool (which this one does). However, we were informed at check in that it was closed for the duration of our stay. I inquired whether we would get a discount and was informed we would not and this was disappointing to put it mildly."
