"I am unable to explain how my stay was because we had a reservation, and the people in charge of the hospitality did not have the decency to let us know that it was already rented for other people. Since the beginning, this was a problem because I was unable to find the location anyways on the GPS, and this ended up being one of the worst outcomes during my usage of Hotel.com.
