"Location and clean"

"Clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely and staff very friendly and helpful. Music in bar was enjoyable. A great night's stay."

"Ein durch und durch angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alles Top. Wir empfehlen weiter und kommen gerne zurück. Hervorragend Service / gutes Bett und schöne Ambiente."

"Room came with a wonderful breakfast. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Room was as expected for a reasonable rate."

"Expedias states there is a restaurant and pizza may be available at the hotel. There is no restaurant at the hotel. You have to drive several miles to find somewhere to eat in the evening. It mentions there is a bar at the hotel. There is no bar. What it means is there is a room where you can bring your own beer/wine that you’ve bought elsewhere. "Beautiful setting, plenty of parking, well equipped & comfortable rooms, good menu, local beers. We would stay here again."

"The property was very clean and would suit 2/3 couples or a larger family. The only drawback is the small garden, but with such gorgeous beaches a short drive away we didn't worry too much about not being able to access outside space. We really enjoyed the close proximity to amenities in Ardara, as the wee town has a number of pubs, cafes and shops all within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Ardara - we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed everything the area...

"Very dated rooms and especially the bathroom. Poor ventilation. Food was just ok. Very unfriendly, especially for this region of Ireland. Good mattress and nice facade."

"Depending on how much you pay, this is a good place to stay if looking for somewhere near Donegal Town with parking facility. As a guest house it mainly has classic decor/furniture style and although it feels homely, maintenance needs were evident. Security is relatively basic for a quiet location out of town, particularly room doors operated by key alone. Breakfast service is good as were the staff helpful and welcoming."
