"We chose this hotel based on the reviews, but it was not what people said. We had to ask 3 different times in one day for housekeeping, which normally on a five day trip they come in every other day, they did not at all. So having to ask 3 different times in one day was frustrating. Also the hotel is advertised as year round, and it most certainly isn't. "We stayed in the accessible room 115. It was perfect fo a 3 day post op stay. The room was huge, with a table, a sofa and two double beds. The carpet was new, the room had total blackout shades and the beds were extremely comfortable.. Breakfast was included, but nothing special. I enjoyed the yogurt and fresh fruit, and spinach option one morning, and the usual toast, donuts etc. There is a Starbucks w/in 3 min walk. "The staff was incredible. First time in Boston and the staff went out of their way to make this experience wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The was outdated. I did not experience the breakfast as my conference provided breakfast. The shuttle to and from the airport was invaluable. It saved me a lot of anxiety as the route to the hotel would have been incredibly difficult. Overall, would recommend this place to stay."
