"Nice and clean, basic but good service and just what's needed."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was great, close to wharf and downtown. Very good value with lots of options around for coffee, lunch or dinner."

"The place"

"Lovely friendly, helpful staff on reception. Good location, easy to walk to the train station and the harbour. Our apartment was of a good size, with a decent kitchenette and dining area. Our only complaint was with the tea towels provided! On arrival the one in the kitchen was not only threadbare, but had the most awful smell of cooking oil. We took it to reception where they were so apologetic and agreed to get us fresh ones. However, the lovely girl seemed to take ages, and when she arrived...

"Great room for our first night in NZ. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"This hotel needs a major upgrade, paint missing everywhere, cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We had a meal in the restaurant and 3 out of 4 of us the food was swimming in the same tasteless watery sauce. Overcharged on the surcharge for using bank card. Definitely wouldn't recommend or stay again"

"Probably one of the best showers ive had from a motel. Great location. Room was abit small but only used it for sleeping so was ok. TV had no sound. Bed was comfy. Continental breakfast was handy for the morning. Staff were friendly. Good vibe"

"Helpful staff. clean rooms. Bed was a tad hard for my liking but was still comfy. Overall would stay again. Parking situation needs some work but it’s all good car was definitely kept safe"

"The place was decent enough for a few nights. The bathroom is old and in dire need of some repairs. If you're a light sleeper, know that you can hear a lot of sounds from outside! The employees were very kind and helpful and the bed was very comfortable! Having the kitchenette in the room was very nice as well!"

"Room was good staff very friendly and loved the location Only issues were stains on the sheets and bathroom not that clean as in walls and ceilings"

"Amazing staff, clean room, shops nearby"

"Modern and well maintained property offering a good overnight option a short distance from Auckland Airport. Free breakfast not great but overall value was fine."

"Adjacent to a driving range and golf club if you dabble on the greens."

"部屋は清潔感があって問題ない。 各部屋に電子レンジがあれば完璧なんだけどなー。"
