"Excellent quiet location. Traditional pub atmosphere with log fire welcoming you on arrival. Breakfast was superb especially the eggs royal."

"Next to a very busy, noisy road. Cobwebs in bedroom and bathroom plus a long dark hair on my hand towel, which I wiped on my face. The staff were very nice and the food was good though. I wouldn’t return due to cleanliness and noise"

"The staff courtesy was good"

"Altogether a splendid experience. Would certainly return when in that part of Norfolk."

There was mike and orange juice supplied in the fridge. The only criticism is that the room was very hot and there were no fans and on a personal note the double bed was very small, but these points would not stop us going back. Other than that I would highly recommend."

"The property was dusty wallpaper ripped whole in the wall behind the door dusty mirrors filthy bathroom looks like mould WE COULD NOT TAKE A SHOWER AS THE BASE FILLED WITH WATER BEFORE IT COULD DRAIN CERY UNCOMFORTABLE BED AND MATTRESS DID NOT FIT BED BASE"
