"Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming and helpful, the hotel was clean and tidy with a nice selection of drinks a the bar. The room was extremely clean and tidy was very impressed by it although have a short stay i would have liked for there to have been a fridge. Apart from that the room was great clean fresh bedding little sofa. A/c along with all the compliments in the room and shower. Room cleaning was done daily and they did a lovely job too. Breakfast had a good variety from cereal and fruit to a full English. Although the hash browns were not to my liking. Everything else was great. Really could not have knocked my stay and would definitely recommend and return again in the future. Thanks very much for a pleasant stay. 10/10"

"There was absolutely no things left like salt and pepper washing up liquid of any amount . No towels and the beds were very uncomfortable. The general condition was satisfactory however the floor was dirty and had to be moped. The overall vibe wasn't very welcoming as the caravan felt soulless. Having said all that, the value was very good and we would visit again, despite these niggles."

"The location of the hotel is excellent as it's close to the beach, but away from the sea front. Just a 10 minute walk away. The staff were really friendly and were helpful. The rooms were large but the decor is a little dated and there were a lot of stairs to the top floor. That said, even though on the main road, there was little road noise in the room we were in and got a good night's sleep. Didn't stop for breakfast as we were meeting up with family. The biggest issue is the parking. One of the reasons for choosing the hotel was because it offered parking. However the way some had parked across multiple bays and the number of spaces I wasn't able to park. Fortunately there was a space in the road nearby. Overall it was a nice place to stay."

"Checked in for 1night as we travelled to attend a family funeral, upon entering the room the curtain was shut and the smell of mould of very overpowering. Opened the curtain to be greeted with alot of black mould all over the window the curtain and underneath the table, i spoke to staff on reception about this as my partner has chronic asthma and they moved us rooms very helpful. We moved rooms and went straight out to eat as we had been travelling all day, we went back to the room later on to notice this room also had mould in a broken window lock and a broken table, body hair left in shower! Spoke to the main desk again and they offered us a new ropm it was 11.30pm and we had to be up crack of dawn for a funeral! I saod no the room will do for 1 night as we were so tired, during the night it was so noisy people shouting. Spoke with the manager the next morning and was given a full refund as 2 rooms were disgusting. Staff were helpful but hotel is outdated and mouldy, pictures do not match reality it was like a place they house ex cons!"

"I was in room one over looking boating lake. It had teas,coffees, glass spoon and cup. Hot water with bath and shower, plenty of fresh towels and floral gel soaps. Comfy bed. Staff helpful and explained about entry and times."

"Midweek this hotel is a magnet for workers. There are some excellent restaurants walking distance from the hotel, and the breakfast is cracking."

"One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. Walked in the main entrance to find a dirty hall smelling of strong mens after shave went up very steep stairs to the room and found everywhere filthy dirty hairs in the sink shower and bed, mud in the bed everywhere smeared ghe crocks in the cupboard were even dirty the sink had spolt milk in it and a nearly empty mayo i am not exaggerating the smell made me feel sick. There was even a rubber glove hanging from the ceiling im guessing to cover an exposed wire. It took so long to process the refund that i ended up travelling home that evening and didnt get back untll after midnight. It ruined our 1 night stay. He paid me back part of what i payed and i ended up losing £20 as he said he would only give me the money he woild make from it not the fee he pays yourselves!"
