"La ubicación super buena. El personal muy amable. Las habitaciones amplias y con aire acondicionado (mini split) también tienen estacionamiento muy iluminado y en general está bien.... En mi caso reserve de último minuto y estuvo lista la habitación cuando llegue... El único detalle es que se les olvidaron las toallas pero en recepción me las dieron"
"The setting is very peaceful even though the highway is close. The cabins are surrounded by palm trees.
It would be nice to at least have coffee available at the hotel. As of now, no food of any kind is available on site. I found a high quality restaurant in about a 5 minute drive.
At times, there were issues with running water but staff attended rapidly and were able to turn it back on."
"Check in was quick and easy. Room was fine. Quiet and clean. Spacious and near the pool. Pool was very nice.
Ben was great with information how to walk to the lagoon fifteen minutes away. Bring bug repellent. It is a jungle out there. Found the lake and had the place all to ourselves. Spectacular. Seven colours in the water easy to identify. Warm and fresh. Stairs made access into and out of the water easy. Nice little place to sit and enjoy the view.

"Caesar is a great host. Warm & friendly. The property sits right on the lake. It’s a beautiful property, accommodations are basic. The road is very Rocky but only for a block or two. "

"El lugar es de ensuño sin embargo la reserva fue de hospedaje con desayuno. Y llegando a la propiedad la propiedad, no contaba con agua caliente, se me propuso me cambiaran a una de menor tamaño en camas, lo cual no era viable para mi familia y yo. Ademas de la noticia que ya no funcionaba como restaurante desde hace meses. Y me ofrecian hospedarme con reduccion de 300 en tarifa. Aun que es muy bonito. Esta en medio de la selva. Llegar sin alimentos por saberlos en reserva impidio la estancia....
