"We need better explanations on how far is this hotel from the city of Shanghai in the website, if I would known that was like 45 minutes drive to the city I would consider get a different hotel, but other than that the staff was friendly and the place was very welcoming and clean."

"10/17から19まで2泊しました。4月に利用した時にはスリッパがあったのに今回は無く、翌日の清掃もされてなかったのでフロントでペットボトルをもらいに行きました。 夕方に部屋のチャイムが鳴ったので開けると清掃員の方が清掃を忘れていた様で笑顔で謝ってくれてペットボトル4本、インスタントコーヒー、スリッパも置いてくれました。中国では珍しく清掃員の方々は廊下で会うと笑顔で挨拶してくれました。"

"Terrible construction noise first few nights, despite promises there would be no such noise at check-in. Staff did their best to have it stopped, but we basically lost a couple of nights sleep. Aircon in the room switched off at night despite the heat which also led to another sleepless night. A portable dehumidifier was brought to the room the next day which helped a bit. "The location of the hotel is perfect. Just seconds walk to the main shopping street in Shanghai. a 20 minute walk to The Bund area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we walked in to the lobby we thought we had made a mistake. The lobby was more of a counter than anything and there is 20-30 steps you need to walk up to get to the elevator, but the staff took our bags to the room and the room was fantastic. Great Value!"

"Was a great stay for a solo traveller! Cool room setups and vibes in the hotel. Included English Breakfast was fine, tastes kind of like home :) Cleaning services are really good and enjoyed having the fridge with the water bottles delivered everyday to my room. Air conditioning was great. Staff were always very friendly and willing to help me out with a translator too. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a cool vibe hotel in Shanghai."

"Hotel was tidy, staff were helpful, breakfast was average. Very close to SNIEC, 5 min drive away. Will stay again"

"Nice accommodation with helpful stuff in a central area. Public transport is about 8 minutes away."

"女性スタッフの方がニコニコしていて挨拶もしてくださり、とても素敵なホテルでした！ テレビ画面がおっきかったです！！"
