"We celebrated a 10th birthday. The staff put birthday surprises in our room, they were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The Waterpark is great for younger kids, teens might not enjoy it as much but it had something for everyone. The room was very clean and kids loved the bunk beds. We would return."

"There is no smart tv the hotel is very very old Some if the ice and vending machine is not working . Just be sure when you booked its not FALLS VIEW it a REVIER VIEW which is totally different"

"Loved it here. I didn't know there as a balcony.great location."

"Great property but we didn’t use the pool or fitness room. It served our purpose for visiting Canada. I wasn’t terribly happy about having to pay $30+ per night for parking at the hotel"
