"This was my second stay recently. Itbis really value for money. The facilities are very good and the staff is helpful and friendly. Although I speak Portuguese, English is spoken and understood the breakfast is generous and the restaurant has a very good menu for other meals. I highly recommend the Hotel Terminus."
"I had a nice stay! The location is perfect if you want to stay right downtown to visit iconic places like the Catedral Nossa Senhora da Conceição (Sé Catedral de Maputo), Conselho Municipal, Casa de Ferro, Rádio Moçambique, etc.It is definitely not a luxury place, but it is a cozy, highly affordable, and secure spot to sleep. My room was entirely clean, the bed was nice, and they provided the basic essentials like shampoo and soap. There is also a small, convenient café and restaurant right near...
"I stayed for one night and requested a late checkout because my flight was scheduled for 9:30 p.m.
Everything was perfect until I ordered dinner shortly before checkout. I went down to the restaurant and asked for a menu, but the server suggested that I order room service instead. I was also asked to make the payment through the waiter’s mobile wallet, which I found unusual...
"When I arrived, the staff could not find my booking. After being there for over an hour, they eventually allowed me to have an inferior room to what I booked. I had to get quite blunt with them and speak to superiors over the phone. It's a good thing I speak Portuguese. They claimed that they don't use Expedia and that someone is posing as them. So they tried to get me to pay a second time (I had already paid through Expedia and could prove as such). AVOID THIS PLACE OR RISK BEING SCAMMED.

"The hotel is overall very nice. It has a good location, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, and the breakfast was delicious.
The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness. At first sight the room looked clean, but there were hairs on the decorative pillows and on the mats. The swimming pool was also not clean, which was disappointing because we wanted to swim but decided not to because of this."
"Excellent family owned and operated guest house. Perfect for a short or extended stay. Owner arranged airport pick up and drop off as well as food and drinks. Very nice property. Would stay again!"
