"They were great and would stay again. It would be nice to have fridges in rooms and ice available"

"The location is the best thing. Near Pont neuf. Otherwise, I had an unpleasant experience with the cleaning staff and management who were rude and unsympathetic with a logistical problem beyond my control. I do not plan to stay there again."

"Breakfast and staff were great"

"We were really impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and spa. The room was cleaned every day, and reception staff were always jolly and helpful, and the spa made us think the hotel should have been 4*. The rooms were a little small otherwise which was the only downside."
