"I had a fantastic stay. The gent who owns the property was friendly and welcoming. And made sure that everything was ok a few times during my 2 night stay. A delicious breakfast. Perfectly situated for exploring the area and a bit further beyond being just off the A303. Lovely country environment. Definitely recommend and definitely going back. "

We were initially worried about parking, but on the day that we stayed there were plenty of places to park at the hotel and the car booking in system straightforward. We ate an evening meal in the hotel restaurant - typical pub fare but a few things were unavailable. Staff levels slightly low. Breakfast was really good, the staff very attentive and managed to customise my breakfast exactly as I wanted. "
