"We didn’t like the location of the unsecured parking near a large homeless population. The price was double had we paid using the app. Our room was small but took care of our needs. Mattress was a deep dive into the center so rest did not come easy."

"Room was clean, beds comfortable. Parking was great and free which is a bonus in Minneapolis. The best part though was it’s directly next door tot he train stop making attending anything downtown a breeze for coming and going. Breakfast was terrible. Dried out bread, pitiful coffee and warm Orange juice. That was not as advertised. Everything else thought was great "

"Absolutely love this hotel! We've stayed here multiple times, and it's always a fantastic experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. We especially appreciate the flexible check-in and check-out times. While we haven't tried the breakfast, the buffet looks quite good with plenty of options. Our last stay was perfect, except for a minor concern about the elevators. There was a notice about one being sensitive and prone to stopping, and both sets seemed a bit dated, which made us a little uneasy. We understand they get a lot of use and maintenance, but it was a slight worry. We're already planning our next trip to Minneapolis in a few months and will definitely be booking with Hyatt again!"
