"I have stayed here multiple times. My unit this trip was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The check in process and front desk staff were terrific.
My only issue was a strong smell of marijuana coming through the slider and bedroom window . The staff gave me a fan to blow the smell back out however it was an issue throughout my stay."
"I’ve stayed in over 30 hotels this year and this was the most disgusting place. Carpet was sticky, old with iron burn marks. Mold on shower curtain and in tub. Hair in tub. No shampoo or conditioner. Blow dryer almost caught fire. AC thermostat was not working. It was either really cold or hot. I would never stay there again."
"What I like is the room was well stocked, very clean and the staff is very helpful. What I did not like is the parking is very inconvenient and is quite a walk which is never fun in bad weather. They need more luggage carts. It looked like they have about 5 or 6 for about a 200 room hotel. There was only one place on the property to get breakfast in the morning. There is a stove and refrigerator in the room. I had no idea before hand those would be available!"
"Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool and sauna. Breakfast above average. One little quirk with the room. There was a frosted window on the wall of the bathroom so when you turned on the bathroom light it illuminated the bedroom. Could have done without that. But all the rooms are different. Good location across from Mass MoCA. Overall would recommend."
"Lovely Victorian house on a quiet street. Only a few blocks from the center of the town of Shelburne Falls, which is a charming New England town with a lovely river and a beautiful "bridge of flowers.""
"Our stay at the Nutmeg was wonderful. We were impressed by the attention to detail and atmosphere of the entire property. The breakfast was delicious & the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!"
"We LOVED the modern clean aesthetic and convenience to Mount Snow. Definitely one of the nicest places in the area and we’ve seen a lot. We arrived late but check in was super easy. We will definitely return!"
