"Shocking .Limited and of the cheapest products possible. Fruit withering but still put out. Yoghurt sour . Being referred for many reasons to local food safety agency "

"We had twin beds & I had a double quilt cover on mine it had such a big hangover I kept getting my foot stuck in it. They didn’t clean our room on the Sunday for some reason? We managed using our towels twice & making our beds. We had to keep calling down for more coffee & sugar, coffee machine didn’t work one day seemed it was full of expired coffee caps, wile doing it he spilt some coffee over the bin onto the floor & just left it !! On the first day we needed help with air conditioning....

"My teens were expected to stay on an uncomfortable pull out that was smaller than a love seat it was so uncomfortable the boys preferred sleeping on the floor.. With the bed pulled out there was no space if you wanted to look in your suitcase (we had 4 roll aboards and 4 back packs) you could only open them on the bed. There was not even a chair in our room not that there was space for one. The breakfast did not have many choices and was cold."

"On arrival there was road works outside the hotel which we were unaware of. I had messaged to ask where to park but got no answer. The parking is payable across the road and behind some houses. The hotel building is very old and the bar area is quite nice. The two young lads on the bar were very nice and friendly. The room we had was in need of decoration and updating, not in good shape. We had drinking facilities provided but I’d advise take your own as the ones given were to certain tastes....

"Location is superb, 100 ft to Chippenham bus station, and leads than 10 minutes bistro from the train station. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, big and renovated. Courtyard is nice. There is a leisure pool at site too. Huge parking lot at back. The buffet breakfast offered was full English style and truly great. Staffs were super friendly. I stayed here one night to visit the near by Cotswold villages, like Castle Combe, which was only half an hour away. If the windows could be upgraded and...

"The hotel was interesting enough and not horrible. But there were some deficiencies. The exterior entrance doors are very narrow and there is nobody there to help you with your luggage. Or to even hold the door. If you are not very strong and need some help it might be a challenge. The front desk clerk when we checked in, was completely indifferent to us. When we had a problem with the Wi-Fi, she was condescending and never did get our issue straightened out. The Wi-Fi there did not work...
