"Infraestrutura do hotel impecável, porém atendimento péssimo . Funcionários completamente despreparados, claramente faltando liderança. Chegamos no hotel sexta 14/03 , fomos jantar , vários Garçons e funcionários conversando não atendendo os hospedes (isso que o hotel estava vazio ) . Na mesma sexta várias latas de cerveja abertas no bar da piscina.
