"The hot water didn't work. Needs to be fixed"

"Clean place"

"The bathroom toilet kept running even when jiggling the handle, informed hotel staff and they said they would let maintenance know. Hair in the sheets, and in the shower, had soap in the shower from the guest previous to us. One of the elevators were broke the entire time, which was ok, we took the stairs mostly but when your on the 9th floor it can be hard for older guests. Fridge in the room didn’t work, so we just used ice from the vending area."

"Staff was exceptional!"

"Front desk staff was amazing made us feel very appreciated for our service and Acknowledged we were celebrating a birthday with free drink coupons. Would 100% go back."

"Friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Friendly cleaning staff also. Everyone made us feel welcome. Gave us restaurant info. Great place. Wantvto go back soon."

"Was assigned our first room but we were moved to another one due to it was under repair. Se ond was nice but shower plumbing made noise when showering. Very friendly staff."
