"Such a charming hotel! Stayed for two nights - the staff was wonderful and our room was cozy. They held our bags before check in so we could explore, and were helpful with suggestions on things to do. The happy hour and continental breakfasts are nice offerings. Location is central but still quiet."

"Breakfast was good and hotel in a great location"

"I loved my stay at the Heid Lofts! I had some questions prior to check in, and the front desk staff was kind and helpful. My room was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained, I only stayed for one night but I'd definitely come back for a longer stay because of the full kitchen and laundry. You can't beat the value for the price, especially if you look at what you'll be paying for a standard bland hotel room elsewhere."

"Our room was basically in the attic, no decor in the bedroom at all & the plaster walls were bleak and naked. Plywood supported our bed- but despite that, the bedding, mattress & pillows were great. Water pressure & temperature control in shower almost non-existent. The room below (that we were told we’d be in) had a collapsed ceiling. Breakfast was continental but sufficient. You’d expect that at a La Quinta- but not a boutique hotel as advertised online. Giving this place 4 Stars was generous."

"The staff was very helpful when I needed them. The room and the view was wonderful."

"Was ok. Very noisy both in the evening and then again bright and early. No elevator and no parking."

"Great for what it is- a very nice room. Would benefit hugely from a staffed reception and a bar. Would not recommend if you have large, heavy bags- no elevator and the dumbwaiter only fits a smaller suitcase. We were on the 4th floor so that was a struggle. Lovely room though."

"Great place, location. Team was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back!"
