"Short walk from train station.. check in staff helpful and friendly.. ease of access is not great .. steps on arrival and had to carry luggage up them and the lift to the floors above was very tight . we booked 2 rooms,, air con good, beds very firm but both clean and tidy but one room was next to train tracks (noise/vibration)and disappointed there was a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom (402)., Breakfast was ok but if you like cooked breakfast the choice is poor.. food we had was good...

"This is one of the most incredible places we have stayed. Every detail was perfect. Upon arrival, Miss Rosa welcomed us and showed us everything we needed to know she was so very sweet. Every single staff member was very kind and spoke fluent English. The free breakfast exceeded my expectations with fresh fruit And lots of meat options from our terrorist. "Pros: the hotel is centrally located to the main plaza and is close to many adorable restaurants. Cons: the staff was incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful.
