"Waffles are great but the coffee was not so good."

"The day we stayed, hotel was booked and guests brought their pets! I’m highly allergic to dogs and told reception about this! Our room was fine since Terrence told me there hasn’t been pets in this room for 5 months. Thank you but the whole property smells and I felt the dander! I left with both eyes swollen and nasally congested! I learned my lesson to next time inquire about pets in the hotel!"

"Attendant at the desk was really nice and helpful. Room was clean and the linens smelled like fresh bleach. So they were definitely clean. We stayed on a Sunday evening and to my surprise the pool and hot tub were full of people. The pool room was very chaotic and floor flooded with water. Kids running wild. The water was pretty cloudy. Its seemed like a group of people who werent even staying at the hotel were using it. We didnt stay down there long. The ac in the room worked amazing. Cable tv...

"This is a perfect location for attending business activities in downtown Dayton without being directly downtown. It's across from the University of Dayton's stadium. The campus is empty for the summer and it was quiet with no traffic and plenty of parking."

"Yellow Springs is a quiet college town with loads to do. Hiking in Glen Helen, shopping in town, strolling the campus and local homes and gardens. All within walking distance of the hotel. Plus larger state parks and attractions a quick drive."

"All was good but the mini fridge sounds like it’s snoring all night. "

"The room booked had a strong odor of petrol since they were repairing the roof. The front desk was awesome in they rebooked us another room on a different floor and gave us breakfast tickets for the inconvenience."

"Great hotel. Clean, staff really professional and nice. Great place to stay for a fast night cap. Unfortunately town, while beautiful, is bare of amenities. Woke up Monday at 9am and told every place is closed on Mondays. We did find a coffee shop at least to get a coffee."
