"I arrived at hotel yesterday and thermostat in my suite was at 85 degrees. I immediately turned it down to 72 and waited about 45 minutes - no improvement, no air movement. Called the front desk and the lady working was lovely. Came right up and checked thermostat and said call her after 30 minutes if room does not cool. It did not and I called - she said they had no additional rooms available but she would check with manager. After another 30 minutes she said they could move me to another room...

"Both the sink and tub drain were clogged and drained poorly. Tub/shower needs repairs or upgrades"
