"The two guys we met in the reception area were really very kind and genuine. The rooms were clean however, the way beds have been organised for the family room needs to be dealt with. Other than that the staff people are the amazing."

"Aly Port Hotel was a perfect location for walking to Grand Bazaar, Taksim square, Galataport and alleyways. Check in was easy and we had a large room on 4th floor. Facilities were clean, however the door to balcony in our room would not open. That was not a problem as we were out for majority of time and just used window for fresh air. Whilst the mosque and main road were nearby we were not too bothered by noise. Overall it was a pleasant stay"

"Modem new hotel with great views of the sea. Pool is excellent. Breakfast delicious and plentiful. Staff is very friendly. Not too touristy which was a plus. Beach is dirty and undeveloped so we spent all day by the pool looking out at the sea. "

"The staff at the Erzurumlu, especially all the gentleman at the front desk and the owner, went above and beyond for us during our stay. They arranged taxi's, haircut/shave, a visit to the local Jandarma, recommended a beautiful beach, and even loaned- and then gifted - my husband tie (he forgot his for a wedding we were going to). The hotel has an excellent view, breakfast, air conditioning, and go beyond to ensure the guests are happy. Thank you to them for their amazing hospitality! "

"The room is clean and the bathroom except shower room is very small. Water pressure is very good. Comfortable bed, clean towels and beddings, very good breakfast, very nice staff especially Kaan. Carpet on the stairs needs cleaning or be replaced. It is very inconvenient for me to go out and back to the hotel because of the hilly road. "

"The hotel was overall good, toilet not that clean... the shower was broken ,but after complaint it was repaired. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. "
