"A lovely stay"

"Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Hotel an sich ist der schnuckelig und traditionell. Was uns an unserem Zimmer nicht so gefallen hat war der verschmutzte Teppichboden und das in der Dusche kaum Wasser aus dem Hahn kam. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker."

"It was absolutely beautiful."

"Was unable to stay at this hotel as they do not allow children. The owner was nice enough to give us a partial refund but I wanted to write this review to caution future travelers to READ THE FINE PRINT. Their ad on Expedia DOES NOT say that they do not allow children. It says they “only welcome adults” which can be easy to overlook. Don’t make the same mistake we did"

"Everything was great,we had the best roast dinner there"

"This lovely quiet property is a modern renovation of a very old building. The age is obvious on the outside, but inside it is very new, without removing the character entirely. "The apartment was semi clean and the bedding should be upgraded to the standards of travel for guests. It is centrally located in the town but for the price we paid it should have been a nicer stay. Also, there were no accommodations to wash your clothes and this was a disappointment with the amount of rain in the area."

"It was the perfect inn. Picturesque, amazing grounds and access to bikes and hikes. Staff was extremely courteous and the food was absolutely fantastic. Some of the finest dinners I’ve had in a long time. Give yourself a treat and visit this lovely rural getaway."

"Staff were great, parking well spaced, food was great, would recommend."

"Very comfortable beds. Good communication with Lea"

"Overall is good and organized one. Just shower doesn’t work in the morning."

"We loved our stay and Helen was very kind and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely stay here again. Location was exactly what we were looking for. Close to larger cities but nestled in the countryside with gorgeous views from every window in the house."

"Beautiful view across the sea. Attentive hosts that live nextdoor. Friendly dog and cat. Very quiet lovely nights sleep. Two large bedrooms en suite. Small kitchen come sitting room. Lots of walks near by. Amazing restaurant in union hall. 3 good pubs in leap not too far away. "
