"The staff I met were friendly and the room was always well cleaned every day. The bathroom was a little bit worn and the shower door didn't always completely close, but those were minor points. The hotel was a fairly short walk to the town centre and there were plenty of restaurants in the immediate area, also."

"Front desk staff very helpful and on top of transfers. Kitchen lady was a very rude little old lady. Wouldn’t even let me get a coffee 15 minutes before breakfast opened and all food was out and we were leaving for an excursion. Deck by pool is great but pool is very old and basic. Front of hotel looks really nice but sides look like it belongs in a war torn city. Air conditioning is ok not great at all. Very good views. Great sandwich shop and market just up the road to walk to."

"I came to Sorrento for a short stay to celebrate my 40th birthday. My partner emailed the hotel and I also left a message on the booking to see if there was anything they could do. They did absolutely zero to even acknowledge this or even wish me a Happy Birthday despite them scanning my passport further confirming that it was indeed my 40th birthday. "My husband and I (in our 60’s) stayed 4 nights (top level) at Hotel Bellevue and were very happy with it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious room and balcony. Quiet. Good breakfast. Hotel and neighborhood felt safe. Great views from our balcony. Bed and pillow were too firm for our liking (I would bring my own pillow if I stay here again). Access via 251 steps to walking trail up the hill behind the hotel that goes into town. There is also a sidewalk most of the way from the hotel...
