"I will dream of this beautiful property for the rest of my life! A beautiful, historic villa with many lovely amenities. The pool area is well kept and a great way to spend an afternoon. We appreciated the lovely landscaping and surrounding grounds. The resort is about 2 miles from the walled town of Lucca which gives it a peaceful country feel. We felt very safe here. "Small bedroom and very small bathroom. Hotel generally very old and tired. Breakfast very poor with very little choice. Convenient location with a quick walk to the town. "

"Hotel room was nice and clean. The pool was great and the kids really enjoyed playing in it and in the playground. The downside was the staff were very abrupt never told us were any of the facilities were. You had to choose your breakfast the night before and it mainly consisted of cakes and pastries.
