"Cozy, beautiful grounds. Close 5 min walk to downtown. Easy access for all the lifts in Ortisei. There is patio area, bar, and restaurant.
Staff was wonderful. Breakfast had fresh bakery goods, smoked salmon, and made to order items.

"The room we had looked like they tried to randomly paint it all over and the floors were sinking, from what I presume, a prior flood. Other than that, I would only stay if it was the cheapest option. I would have liked it in a better area."
"The room is small but clean with a nice view from balcony. Good location. Somehow the electricity went off when we were charging phones and boiling water using the kettle provided. The staff reset the circuit for us right away. However it is so inconvenient for us not to charge our phones and boil water and the same time."
"Hotel zit op een goede locatie. Eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer is eenvoudig maar schoon en netjes. Ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid. Het hotel is fris en netjes onderhouden. Onze fietsen konden binnen in een speciale ruimte neergezet worden. We komen graag nog eens terug."
"The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful from the moment of our arrival. They showed us how to walk to get good views of the Rosengarten peaks for the alpinglow at sunset. Breakfast was great, and the staff offered help finding items we might be looking for. Good music in the bar, nice atmosphere.
Beautiful views, well worth the twisty drive up from Bolsano, and great value compared to any other lodgings in Bolsano. A great find-I recommend it highly!"

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch ausreichend, wenn auch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich.
