"Very nice rooms and convenient location near the train station. Nice breakfast at the hotel as well. Lobby could use some updating and cleaning. The area is convenient but not necessarily the nicest part of the city. A bit pricey for what it is overall. "

"Nice enough place. Great location near Puorta Nova train station. Nice enough small breakfast. Staff were very nice. Facilities themselves we're quite worn and dated but the bed was comfortable and bathroom good enough. A little bit expensive considering the state of the facilities but otherwise pretty solid stay."

"No complaints, good service, nice room with a lovely view. The tv had all smart features disabled which was disappointing (as meant couldn’t watch Netflix ect even though was a smart tv), and there weren’t any recycling facilities, but otherwise no suggestions for improvement. "

"Everything was just perfect. The staff was friendly, very accomodating. The property was always kept clean. The breakfast variety was great, we had many choices to pick. The only down is that no basic toiletry was in the room, we needed to go and get shampoo and body wash. Other than that everything was great. Will recomend this hotel"

"Real nice apt. Clean spacious in a great location. You can basically walk to everything,shops restaurants sightseeing bus tours etc. Paid for parking which was right at the back door ,inside and secure. The staff were super friendly and helpful.We would definitely stay here again.10/10 👍"
