"Easy check in with keyless entry to building and room. Despite other reviews, it’s easy and they send you a link with easy to follow instructions. Also we we created by staff after we opened the doors who explained amenities. Bar and small bistro. He also scheduled airport transfer for us for 15 euro fo family of four and 8 bags! Room was tidy, clean and well kept."
"This hotel was a delightful surprise. Hotels right on Venice tend to be a bit older so we were expecting the hotel to be a bit run down but we were mistaken. Rooms and bathroom was clean and spacious. A buffet breakfast was also included (and was great). I think some reviews are comparing it to big corporate hotels which is unfair.
