"Me and my girlfriend wanted a weekend away close by and chose Ruthin. We saw the Feathers which was very close to the centre. We booked two nights. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown our room and the amenities. It was only then I realized I'd booked a room with a shared bathroom. This was no problem, we were very quickly moved to an en-suite. Both rooms, en-suite and standard, were very clean, tidy, modern and comfortable. "Staff were lovely. Food was Lovely. Room was clean. Bathroom was separate from the room. Not ideal for trips to the bathroom during the night. Bar noise from downstairs. Sofa bed was not big enough for 2 children. Very creamy bed. "

"The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom, I think they had just be refurbished. There was a little noise from the pub beer garden but it wasn't bad and didn't last too late, we tend to go to bed early and didn't keep us awake. There was an Infra Red Sauna in our room, never seen that before in a hotel room which was great, clean and free to use. Outside there is a small free parking area belomnging to the hotel.
