"I had a really lovely and comfortable stay here. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and responsive from the very beginning. They kindly accommodated an early check-in for me, which I really appreciated, and although my circumstances changed and I wasn’t able to make use of it as I had originally planned, their flexibility meant a lot. They were also happy to look after my luggage after check-out, which made everything so much easier. The location is fantastic, very central and convenient...

"Rosevears was a beautiful setting a top the River. The accommodations were satisfactory where the view is the highlight. The reception and dining room is detached from the individual cabins which is a bit of an inconvenience to walk to especially if it's raining, but when the sun is shining the outdoor terrace makes for a most spectacular experience. The staff is so kind and helpful and it is the best place to stay on the river."

"No customer service at all - asked re transport to airport as advised previously however seeing the boss was away there was none. Make sure if you book this hotel don't bring a huge bag as you will be carrying it upstairs - ate at the restaurant last night ordered Thai prawn curry however had to peel the prawns which were mixed into the curry - would not stay here again or recommend it unless you like very basic accommodation with the price tag that's not worth it"

"The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. But the unit itself needed a bit of work. The shower had a leak in the bottom and wasn't sealed properly, and there was a family of possums or rats living in the roof that were quite loud. Everything else was in good working condition, but overall could use with a good deep clean."
