"Staff was very accommodating. Had requested twin beds through Expedia, but got a single bed. They immediately changed rooms for us. We had car issues and difficulty using the emergency numbers for our rented car. Hotel staff acted as a go between to connect us to the people we needed to contact and were very instrumental in getting us on our way. We didn't try the restaurant on premises (had other plans with people we were meeting), but the menu looked inviting and the food we saw looked good. "

Plenty of room for me and my three adult children. The check went smooth. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Short walk to the castle and Victorian market. "
