"The location was excellent as it’s only a short walk to the SMN train station. The breakfast was good with really great coffee. The room size was more than decent and there was enough space to put your things out. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"The staff were very helpful"

"Convenient location to Florence’s city center, with breakfast available and clean, large rooms"

"The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and clean. The lobby is spacious and there's a space where you can sit and enjoy playing games, reading a book or working on your laptop. The hotel is located outside the center, near the airport, and it's a 6 minute walk from the tram T2 which you can take to reach the city center"

"Room was clean, very quaint hotel, staff all pleasant, breakfast was good"
