"Hotel is secure, great location close to many attractions, high end bathroom fixtures. Plus I mentioned to the clerk I had to leave early for a day trip and was going to miss breakfast. She went out of her way and put a yogurt and croissants in my room while I was out. Outstanding customer service!!!!!"

We had to park in a garage of a supermarket and walk with our suitcases through the store’s elevator and walk to the square where the hotel office was located. Also, the bed was rock-hard.
