"Livello di pulizia buono...non buonissimo...zona letti un po di polvere e sporco...zona bagno tra i campioncini c'era un campione di crema corpo gia utilizzato (mezzo vuoto) e il kit barba (palesemente utilizzato).
Personale molto gentile e professionale.
Colazione buffet ottima e super ricca...unica pecca della colazione Le torte che erano confezionate.
Parcheggio riservato molto comodo.
Angolo bar molto rifornito e tutto compreso.
La camera family molto spaziosa."
"Einfaches, grosses Zimmer, zentrale Lage, ca. 10 min zum Palast, 1 min in die Metro, Restaurants in Fussnähe, netter Pub in 5 min Fußweg, Frühstück gut und nettes Personal."
"The staff were all lovely, very friendly and helpful. I felt unwell one day and asked the receptionist to arrange a taxi to take me to a pharmacy. He very kindly did so.
Food was great, good selection at breakfast.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was really quiet."

"Our host, Simone, was so very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He really made our visit seamless and special. We decided to stay an extra night and Simone was very happy to help us. I feel like we made a new friend. The room itself was comfortable, the AC worked well, and it was central to public transportation. We would definitely visit Hotel Universo again."
"Clean rooms, super helpful staff, location next to Porta Nuova train station. Overall, the property room quality matches the low price - you get quality you pay for."
"Very impressed with all aspects of this hotel. Room was impecable. Staff were exemplary with customer service. Called a taxi for me several times. One of my best hotel experiences during this trip!"
"One of the best hospitality experiences I've had. The hotel was an incredible value for how lovely it is. Great location near the train station, but in a nice, quiet area. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. Our room was perfect, with an adorable balcony as an added bonus. I wouldn't stay anywhere else."
