"We loved that it was adults only so it was quiet and peaceful. All of the staff were so kind and helpful and our favorite part of the resort was Spooners. We enjoyed playing all of the arcade games and being able to go get some classic bar food and have a drink. "

"Staff is friendly and pet friendly is always appreciated! Property is outdated besides the security cameras but I’d rather the option to stay at a hotel that is outdated but pet friendly than an up to date non pet friendly hotel when having to travel with my pup. It’s also nice being near the mountain when wanting to take the pup for a walk in the woods. I would stay here again if I had to. "

"We were on the 4th floor, & never heard another door opening, no voices in the hallway or through the walls. The bed was comfortable & the room was pristine. We'll stay there again next time we're in the vicinity."

"Check in line was huge, it take about 30 minutes to finish process, Water park was crowded as well (not surprised because of time) food are great, overall very nice time"

"I just happened here, avoiding stand-stiil traffic on I-80. Staff at Gem & Keystone were really excellent, and directed me to the main lodge after I ate there. Made 2 separate reservations for my next foray into this area. Beautiful, lovely people, scenery and food! I'll be back!!"

"The property is uniquely situated under a waterfall which had such a peaceful and calming affect, we loved to just sit on the deck and soak it all in. The only improvement that I can see is perhaps a little warning light at both ends of the narrow and winding driveway that lets you know if another car has entered the path. The driveway is so narrow, my truck had a hard time passing when another truck was trying to come down the path. But overall, the location was superb !"
