"The hotel was dated but clean. My main issue was there was a private event in the conference centre and there was incredibly loud music playing until midnight. I had gotten the hotel for an early flight and I can say I did NOT get a goodnight sleep at all. They offered to change my room but my son was already asleep. It would have been a better idea not to put a family in a room that is directly beside the ballroom. Or at least let us know and we could have asked for a different room before it...

"THE jacuzi was not working and the cofee machine was not working and i paid for the jacuzi extra money. The room was clean the staff were friendly and breakfast was not as i was hoping to be"

"Ventilation/cooling not working. Was way too warm to sleep, like sweating. Water not draining in bathroom sink. Annoying and kind of gross."

"Nothing to write home about. The Starbucks and restaurant were convenient."

"I felt like I was disturbing whenever I needed something at the reception. Except for the old man, he was available and answered my needs. I didn't like the staint on the sheets and the sofa in the room. The bath could need a deeper clean."
