"The whole hotel outside and inside was so outdated, dirty, grubby, dark and dull. Everywhere you went both inside the hoel and outside there was more dirt, smelling of damp and really neglected and rundown looking! On our arrival the room we reveived was the worst we have ever stayed in and I had booked the Superior room and the fact the hotel suggested it was a Superior room was a disgrace! "Stayed here for 1 night on the way home from a trip to the outer Hebrides. Check in was quick. We had a nice room on the first floor but decor was a bit dated. The room was clean and bed was comfortable though. I used the pool - very nice sized pool but it was unbelievably hot in the swimming pool area. Staff were helpful & friendly. I would deffo return."
