"The shower in our rooms (we had 2 rooms)was completely rubbish. It was very dangerous. Would go from very cold to very hot in an instant. Could not have a proper shower the whole time we were there. Very disappointed.
They was a infestation of mosquitoes in the inside bar and lounge. We reported this but nothing was done.
On a positive note-
The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful"

"Hotel top !
Repas, situation, animations : super !
Mais logements dans les appartements a côté de l'hôtel vieillissants et mal insonorisé. Manque couettes/couvertures."

"The room was incredibly clean on arrival and stayed that way throughout our stay of eleven nights.
The one issue we had was with the drains on the final day, they smelt quite pungent.
Hotel staff from arrival until our departure were fantastic, without exception.
On arrival we were warmly greeted by the lovely receptionist on late duty on the 28/09.
She knew we would be hungry given that we only arrived half hour before midnight and arranged us a picnic of sandwiches, fruit and cake, plus water...
