"The apartment is spacious and very elegant. A lot of money and care was put into creating this high level of decorating and comfort. The beds are terrific, the towels are new and very nice, and the kitchen is well stocked. It's convenient having 2 bathrooms, plus the washer and dryer which also worked very well. "The staff was very helpful. The hotel is location on the bus route and the tram is just a 1-2 minutes walk- 15 minutes to Venice City Center. The hotel can definitely use improvements and improved amenities. The hotel Need to ensure to create DO NOT DISTURB SIGN. I didn't like the idea of the receptionist collecting your key on departure. Oh this hotel does not offer room service or have a restaurant.. no pool"
