"Really nicely done hotel. Very modern and great location for everything. Staff were lovely and very helpful even offering a treat and wine upon arrival. The rooms were fairly small but fine for a few nights The only issue was a strong drain smell in the entrance hall of the hotel and building works were right next to our room and started at 8am. Loud drilling noise is not very relaxing and didn’t appreciate being woken up by it. Assume when this is completed it will be fine but we weren’t aware the works were ongoing before our trip. "

"The Jam Lisbon is a fantastic hotel situated within a short walk to main square area of Lisbon centre. The hotel has excellent facilities including rooftop bar/terrace with a small pool for cooling off in. The rooms were excellent. Extremely clean with large shower. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to others when visiting the beautiful city of Lisbon."
