Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia aquí. El personal fue muy amable, la ubicación inmejorable y el desayuno delicioso. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que las escaleras son altas con muchos escalones. Sí cuenta con elevador, pero es pequeño. Además la calle en donde se encuentra es pequeña por lo que los taxis no pueden orillarse. Tomando esto en cuenta no lo recomendaría para personas con movilidad limitada.

Amazing location and very helpful staff. An older hotel, but clean. They had great AC as well. The bathroom was our only issue. It is a little cramped and the layout is a not great. Both the sink and shower drain were very slow.

The refrigerator in our room was out of order and gas was leaking overnight. My wife get sick by this gas. I requested hotel to change room due to this issue. Hotel staff in the morning came to the room and he said that he was almost die by the gas and promise to change the room. However, that message was not pass to afternoon staff and afternoon staff was denied to change room.

Pulizia buona, personale professionale e disponibile, posizione perfetta in pieno centro, quasi tutte le attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi. Supermercato adiacente all’hotel fornitissimo anche con pasti pronti dalla colazione alla cena. Hotel perfetto per un week end a Lisbona.

The hotel is in a very good location to use as a base to get around Lisbon, especially as this was my third trip to the city. The staff and check in process was pleasant and easy. The room itself was fairly small and basic. Only three sockets in the whole room, one for the tv, one for the fridge and one by the bed. No other amenities. Although clean, the overall hotel and room looked a little ‘tired’ and in need of an upgrade. But it was cheap. Luckily I was a solo traveller and know Lisbon so spent little time in the hotel.

Great location. Very very Small rooms, tiny bathroom. Shower is too small for a medium sized person, hard to enter/exit the shower. Clean and well serviced. Aircon was good and it was good to be able to open the window. Next time I will get something with a bit more space.

Great location but the rooms are very small, no space to open your suitcase in the room accept on the bed. The bathroom and shower are VERY small. The shower is very difficult to enter (2 x very small sliding doors, corner opening), if you are a medium bodied person(or bigger) you will struggle to enter/use the shower, you cannot bend down in the shower and when turning around you bump the mixer tap and turn off the water, it is that tiny. The smallest shower I have seen in many years of travelling. Rooms were clean and well serviced. Rooms were 218 for 1 night and 318 for 3 nights - our stays were 1 week apart. For me I will look at other accommodation options in the area next time for something a little bit bigger.

We stayed here because of the location because our tour meeting point was 4 min walk. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean but towels had a smell and not fluffy as the four star hotel and the spare pillows in the closet were lumpy and old, same as the bed blankets.

Unser Zimmer war klein, aber nur fürs schlafen ok. Bad ebenfalls beengt, aber dafür die Dusche schön groß. Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer und Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Das Zimmer insgesamt sauber und für die Lage ruhig. Das Frühstück war gut mit Rührei, Wurst, Käse, Obst, Joghurt, Säfte usw. Die negativen Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen, da das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super ist. Die Lage perfekt, neben der Metro und bis zum Tejo 15 Minuten zu Fuß durch die Einkaufsstraße. Würden es für Lissabon-Trip immer wieder buchen.

I loved this place because it was close to the heart of the city. The hotel has a great team and provides everything a guest needs. It was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The only room for improvement would be to add hair conditioner to the room amenities.

The location on this hotel was great! The hotel was clean and offered all needed for a 1 night stay. The staff checking us in was friendly and answered all our questions. The checkout staff not as much...when needed help with questions regarding area and left still needing answers. I would definitely recommend place!

The best thing about this hotel is that it is very well located. One block away from Rossio square, grocery store next door, surrounded by touristic points and great restaurants. The place is clean, and the fridge and air conditioning work very well (a must during summer months). The only downside is that the elevator is very small and if you have bags you will need to do several trips. Even though the warning says it tolerates up to 300kg, the alarm rings waaaaay below that and you need to go up the stairs.

Agréablement surpris. L'hôtel est très bien localisé pour visiter le coin à pied. La chambre est très petite si vous avez de gros bagages mais tout était était propre. Le lit est confortable et la climatisation était efficace et silencieuse. Fenêtres récentes qui coupe quand même bien le bruit de la rue. Le buffet du déjeuner n'est pas une expérience culinaire mais fait le travail.

Unfortunately this was one of the more uncomfortable stay during our trip in Europe. The hotel is quite dated, there were peeled paint And stains on the wall and some of the white bedsheets were discoloured. As we booked in a group of 3, the 3rd person had to sleep on the sofa bed which isn’t an issue. However, the sofa itself had an obvious stain that looked quite disgusting. Overall for the price, we were not impressed.
