"The location is unbeatable, clean rooms and common areas. The breakfast buffet is pretty great compared with other Ibis hotels in the world. They allowed me to hace late checkout and gave welcoming drinks. The only issue is that the elevator areas on the first floor smells really bad, even inside the elevators (in some cases), not sure if it is because elevator are next to the bathrooms but it has some sewer smell. You need to do something about ir, I heard other guests complaining about it...

"I didn’t like the fact that they charged me for checking me in a few hours early as I had an early flight and I had no where else to go. Having said that the hotel is well situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was very good and presentation was great , the restaurant staff were also top notch . The property is upscale in the way it’s set up."

"This is a great place to stay!! Breakfast and food in general was awesome. Probably the most unique and scenically beautiful place I have ever visited. Only negative is no AC but the room but the room was very comfortably cool and fans were available if we needed one. Has a jacuzzi sauna steam room and pool. Very lush vegetation and decorative plus an airport shuttle 🤘😎"

"The hotel is located along Calle Ronda (one of oldest streets in Quito). Perfect location as it is so close to the central park, president’s palace, San Francisco Church, Cathedral, Basilica and many more. The hotel is very quiet even though a lot of restaurants and shows are outside the facility… perfect for relaxation. There’s filtered water dispenser, so you don’t have to worry about being hydrated. Room was big, bed was clean. A beautiful viewpoint is located at the top level with the views...
