"Simplemente un servicio, excelente, limpieza, desayuno, excepcional y la calidez y el personal extremadamente amable Y gracias especialmente A la señorita Silvia y al joven Erick gracias👍"

"After we checked out, they stored our bags for free for 2 days until we checked back in after our Machu Picchu trip. Excellent service overall."

"Property and dining room staff were always courteous and helpful during our 8 day stay. The breakfast was always delicious and there was a variety to choose from. Laundry service was impeccable and very inexpensive."

"I messaged the hotel beforehand that I will check in late as I am coming from Machu Picchu. I asked them to make sure that someone is in the reception to open the door for me. And Rodrigo was there to open the door for me. He even put the bag I asked them to store for me while I was in Machu Picchu in my room."

"Todo increíble. Gracias Ayni!"

"The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean and nice accommodations. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The only thing kind of inconvenient was the hill. It was very close to the plaza but the hill you need to go up with the high altitude sickness was a challenge but it was worth the stay. You just need to walk slow and take your time to get there."

"Good location right in the middle of everything. Walkable to Ollantaytambo train station, main square, restaurants, shops and the archaeological site. Basic hotel, large room. Ok breakfast nothing fancy. Nice and helpful staff but speak limited English. Reasonable price."

"Un buen hotel para descansar, con buenas amenidades, en una zona tranquila. Un buen desayuno. Personal amable dispuesto a ayudar ante las dudas que tengs el huesped"

"La ubicación del hotel no es la mejor. Y el desayuno no estaba muy completo"

"Staff were nice"

"This place is my favorite, second time out here, perfectly located. The staff is beyond amazing. This is the spot with the VIEW"

"Such a charming place to stay in Cusco! The breakfast and coffee were honestly the highlight of my mornings. Loved the cozy atmosphere."

"Clean room and great staff but some rooms are internal and so don't have windows you can open and there was not air conditioning. The shower temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very good - basic but very good."
