"customer care and communication could be improved. too many random policies and strict timing in a relaxation resort and a bit of hostile attitude of almost all staff except the reception team should be improved.
the indoor pool was not that appealing for adults and yes you need slippers to walk around there inside. the outdoor pool and bar was pretty good. the actual water part advertised is quite a walk away and they need daily paperwork to let you in! it is a different business.
