"Nice reception, but the rooms look tired.
Lack of signage meant guessing where the rooms or the public toilets where.
Whoever painted the rooms needs to go to Specsavers, who half paints over a light switch and doesn't clean it off.
Cleaning was only okay.
Overpriced hotels like this, in mediocre condition is why I usually go for the often cheaper hotel chains that maybe bland, but in better condition."

"Excellent Breakfast. Unfortunately the extraction fan in the bathroom made a high pitched whistling which was audible even with the door closed. Apparently we were told that it was not possible to turn this off."

"What you'd expect from an EasyHotel, with the added bonus of stained towels and waiting almost an hour and a half to check in (because they were still cleaning - ha). It served its purpose eventually but never again if I can help it."

"Upon arrival (slightly early) I was greeted by a lovely lady on reception; very helpful. Check-in was quick & efficient. Good sized room & very comfy bed. Compact but super-clean & functional bathroom, with a great powerful shower. High quality towels & linens throughout. Room amenities were of a high standard, plenty of hanging space for clothes, plus drawers for my bits. Spacious desk/workspace, with plenty of power outlets.

"The hotel is in a great location for Cardiff Bay. Unfortunately, I stayed on the hottest days of the year. The room I was allocated on the ground floor did not have any windows that opened, and there seemed to be an aircon/heating unit that wasn’t working; fans were already in the room but didn’t help with the blistering heat and lack of ventilation.
