"While it was a beautiful location the property itself needed maintenance on step treads on entrance, upstairs toilet buttons stuck so toilet would run, carpet on stairs a bit loose, some kitchen cupboards 'flaking'...generally needed updating/freshening. While villa was generally clean things like ceiling fans, wardrobes and fixtures were dusty. Air conditioning would have improved the comfort of the villa also."

"Pros: Good position on the island and within neighborhood (family friendly), spacious property, awesome views, renovated bathroom, new TV, clean linen (paid extra for linen). Cons: Outdated furniture and utensils, dirty cushions, dirty curtains, dirty and useless windows and doors fly screens (flies, mosquitoes and even lizards can get in the property), no aircon, cobweb everywhere."
