The check in was smooth and the staff were so helpful to provide all the information to us with the parking, and beach options and restaurants. Amazing pool area and loungers and you can run down to the lobby to get drinks and other snacks. "Everything was great with the hotel, except the bed. That is why it lost a star. The mattress was terrible and we could not sleep well. The staff is welcoming, happy and kind.
