"Very well priced and clean. Full contactless which for an airport or seaport one nighter is great. Would I stay again for an overnight transit? Absolutely. For a longer Brisbane stay probably not. And that’s not a reflection on the hotel. It meets its promise spot on. Clean, easy and no frills."
"Overall a pleasant stay at the Tower. Close to city centre. Toom was clean though smaller than I thought it would be but did the job. The great part of the stay was the affiliated pub next door. Staff were nice. I had 2 meals there and was pleasantly surprised by the value and quality of the food. The patrons were hotel guests and staff from local businesses good atmosphere. Also 10% fisc off food for hotel guests."
"Rooms and motel were not as shown in pictures. Room was basic but clean… until I stripped the bedding before I left (pillows need to be burnt). 1 toilet and 2 showers for 5 rooms, not really adequate. Got a big talk about no smoking on property including balcony. Cleaner was casually smoking at end of corridor. At night once doors were all shut, the whole facility was completely taken over by the smell of marajusna. I think there were permanent residents living on the property as well"
"Then last 2 times I have stayed there, its been an issue checking out at 11, or we felt unwelcome and like we were an issue. Also both times they have unlocked and tried to come in at 930am."
"Expedia and the hotels needs to make late check in a more simple experience. If it gets to reception close time, that's when you text guests the lock box code and details for access. Instead of a phone call from USA Expedia in the morning asking when is your arrival, then having to call after hours reception for your lock box code. It's not difficult.. just make it simple."
